Nice idea , but a little dissapointing. (2001-02-07)

This game looks, at first glance, like a bargain. However do not be mislead into thinking that it is an excellent racing simulation that will keep you amused for hours. On the contrary, the game lacks in every aspect: The graphics are second rate, the simulation of a real car is awful, and as there are only 2 game modes, you feel as if you are constantly repeating the same level. The actual idea for the game is not a bad one: race against opponents and try to be the first to gain as many points as possible, although the way in which the whole thing is presented leaves you wondering why it even requires a pentium! It seems as though Sold Out used up all their energy and imagination on the concept of this game, and ran short of inspiration for the actual developpment of it. At such a low price, this game is worth buying if you want to amuse yourself for a couple of hours, however if you want a realistic driving simulation, I would advise you to consider other titles.
