Blast off with the Thunderbird 1 Play set. This spearhead craft of the International Rescue crew is fast and jet powered. The principal role of Thunderbird 1 is to get to the danger zone as quickly as possible so that pilot Scott Tracy can assess the situation and advise on specialist equipment required. Once assessed, he directs the rescue operation either from the cockpit of Thunderbird 1 or from the Mobile Control Console.
Recreate this thrill with your own Thunderbird 1 Play set. As soon as that danger call arrives, let the exclusive articulated Scott figure climb into the lounge access of the rocket. Press the buttons on this Thunderbird 2 to hear the booster rockets spring into action and propel International Rescue to the heart of danger.
The rocket wing folds out and trigger engine landing noises, as Scott calls "I hope we're not to late father". On landing, fold the rocket legs down. And if things get really tricky open up the fuselage to reveal the hoverbike and the mobile control unit.
In all, the electronics of Thunderbird 1 contain 8 authentic F.A.B. phrases and engine sounds.
Requires 3 AAA batteries (not included)
Suitable for children aged 3-6 years old (and Thunderbirds fans of any age). --Victoria Mackenzie

Thunderbirds are Go (2002-01-02) I wish this size of toy had been available last year, though our sons are avid Thunderbird fans, they didnt go a bundle on the small size toy but just love this one, it has lots of places for the little figures to go, though we did find a bit of blue tac on the bottom of the figures helped them stay inplace during blast off!! Great!!!
Thunderbirds Supersize Soundtech TB1 (2001-09-14) My 5 year old son loves this toy. I thought it was expensive. The toy has movable wings, a cockpit that opens to reveal a tiny Scott and a tiny hoverbike and has soundtech phrases. A must for any Anderson enthusiast.
