Bad performance - shame on Electrolux! (2008-02-05)  Bought this vacuum cleaner a few months ago and I bitterly regret it. After emptying the box and cleaning the filter you get about 5 mins of reasonable suction before it becomes very poor again. Vacuuming is slow and tedious with this machine (even more than usual!) and after a while it overheats and cuts out. Electrolux must have done very little testing, or else they don't care that they sell such a poor product. Avoid this vacuum cleaner!
Didn't live up to expectations (2007-06-08)  I purchased the electrolux Z7300 from Argos (sorry amazon!). The hoover comes with everything you expect and has good build quality. At first great suction but then after a short while the suction is affected and becomes very poor. To rectify this you need to clean the filter. The vacuum cleaner has a very poor design whereby dirt/dust wraps around the filter affecting the suction and you need to clean the this almost every time you clean for good performance.Recommend staying clear of this vacuum cleaner!
