Elasticizer an essential part of every Philip Kingsley Clinical Treatment. This unique product delivers a rush of moisture inside the hair cuticle. Visible results from one application will build with continued use. This super moisturizing intensive treatment adds silkiness, suppleness, elasticity, bounce and strength. The clever ingredient combination continues to provide UV protection even after washing - helping prolong the life of colour treatments. To use: Before washing, wet hair thoroughly and apply Elasticizer to hair in sections, paying particular attention to the mid lengths and ends. Work-in thoroughly with fingertips for one minute then shampoo and rinse - twice, before conditioning as usual. For extra effect or for very damaged hair cover with a plastic cap for 20 minutes before shampooing. NB: Philip Kingsley Elasticizer should be used 3 or 4 days before and after colour processing procedures.

this was recommended to me by my best friend who has damaged hair like myself (we have both done the dark brown to white blonde transition!) this built my hair up to be strong, soft and manageable again. highly recommended: 150ml tub lasted me about a month when using the product 3 times a week! leave it on for a few hours before washing your hair.

Not as good as i hoped (2008-04-16)

I have very thick, corse and coloured hair which is curly and i straighten may be twice a wk, I thought great iv found something good for my hair so i bought some, used it left it on for a few hours, then took it off no change my hair wasen't even soft, so i thought i'll use it twice a week to give it chance to work, left it on all night once, still no change total gutted and wasted £18. must be my unruly hair...

simply the best hair product I've ever used (2008-01-02)

I was given some elasticizer as a present and was so impressed I sent off to Amazon for a large pot of it. I rub a small amount into my dry hair before washing it and the result is silky soft hair. My hair is fine and normally lacks body and shine due to being coloured every 6 weeks but this brilliant product really makes an instant improvement. It is far better than any conditioner I have used. But it's a mystery because it is used before shampooing not after.

Excellent product (2007-07-27)

My hairdresser advised that I use this on my long, thick, pretty coarse hair. I usually put this on for a few hours before I wash my hair every 1-2 weeks and it really makes a difference! An after effect is tossing your head around a lot, like a Salon Selectives advert! Highly reccomended (and this is a good price too, I paid £25 in the salon!)
