Great disappointment (2008-01-24) I gave this as a present to my parents with great expectations. Unfortunately it is a let down. It doesn't melt the chocolate - that has to be done in a pan - and it wastes so much afterwards in cleaning it - even after saving the excess in a bowl. You need too much chocolate to make it work so you can't just put in less or it won't cascade. We were very disappointed with it and will revert to the fondue set instead which melts the chocolate and doesn't need or waste so much.
Liquid Heaven (2008-01-05) This was a perfect present for those who are chocaholics. It's extremely simple to use, easy to clean and is of solid construction. Granted you do need alot of people present to make it worth taking out as you need around 800g of chocolate. Very good value for money.
