Good product (2008-10-08)

The Good : Product is very stylish and has the U3 security feature on it so you can set a password to block unauthorised access to your files. The U3 systmen also allows you to put on other products such as games which you can download from the website once you have installed the U3 utility.The Bad : The plastic doesn't feel strong enough and i think the usb drive could get damaged if it falls out of my pocket. Also the U3 security feature only works for Windows. I wanted to use it for college but they use Mac's so i can't use it with the security feature on as this stops the usb drive from coming up on the computer. The college macs also don't have many usb ports so i have to sometimes use the keyboard ports. Sometimes i get the low power message and the usb drive won't work. I am sure this is because of the orange light that the usb drive has which is always on when active and flashes when data is being transferred. It is also sometimes tricky to connect as the usb usually slides back in when you try and connect it to a usb port. I found that it helps to hold your thumb on the white plastic when inserting because this holds the usb where it is. I hope that makes sense.Verdict : Very useful for using with Windows but not Mac's. This is also cheap considering it can hold 4 gigs of files. Someone else i know bought the same product but with a titanium case from Curry's which is for around the same price. I would recommend you buy the titanium one instead if you are also worried about it breaking.Good product but small flaws stop it getting a five star rating.

PANTS! (2008-08-27)

This flash drive has given me 3 blue screens and I have only had it 24 hours! In my opinion the SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4 GB is rubbish a total waste of 10 of her majesty's pounds. Tacky programs on the drive that you cannot remove and what the hell is 3U? It doesn't do what it says on the box and I certainly will not be buying another SanDisk products. The drive is now at the road side in a black sack waiting for the bin men because I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning it. I had to give it a star couldn't give it none !

Excellent budget flash drive (2008-08-06)

I'm very pleased with this. It was a great price, feels robust and lights up when in use. Like most of the other reviewers I have not installed the extra software that comes with it but it doesn't bother me. I'd certainly buy another one and it's probably the best flash drive I own.

Superb Little Memory Stick! (2008-05-28)

Came in nifty time from amazon, and a decent little package.It's extremely light, compared to the last one i had, and the light feature when you plug it in is a pretty good party trick.I agree with other people, i think the software is not needed. it's a good idea, but it just gets in the way. (you can always just delete it though).alround, this is a great little gadget, which looks great and works at a pretty decent speed.brilliant!
