Great for caravanners (2008-10-08)

This is a superbly efficient and lightweight cleaner. Very easy to use and picks up dog hairs brilliantly (we have two). We have tried others over the years and none of them came anywhere near the ease of use of this one. Thoroughly recommend it. Great for stairs at home too.

I love this little vacuum cleaner. It's powerful and nice and quick to plug in and carry around. I have three staircases and this little chap makes it far less hard work than lugging around a conventional sized cleaner. It's just as good as my Miele vacuum cleaner for suction. I also use it for window seats and window ledges when the odd dead fly appears out of the blue! I would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. The only reason it's not got 5 stars is because I think it's a shame the brush nozzle isn't softer, as I like to dust with it, it's a bit 'wiry' but you can still dust gently, although it stays very stiff.

My hand held Hunter (2008-04-09)

First of all I wish to say how speedily it arrived. I got it within 24 hours of ordering from Amazon. It works fine, and has excellent suction. Although it is lower power than a full size vac, the small size of it makes the suction more concentrated therefore it is stronger. You have to be careful not to put it too near anything that moves, like a newspaper, or the pages get lifted. The only nuisance is that the dust filter needs to be emptied and cleaned every use. On the other hand, it only gets full so quickly because it picks up so much dirt. It's easy enough to empty, but a messy nuisance job, and therefore I will only use it for things I cannot do with my full-size vac. However, I am pleased to have it in the cupboard for those occasions. For the price it is a good buy, and a useful tool to have.....when it's needed. Great to have the power cord (very long)and three pin plug, and not having to worry about keeping it charged. It's neat and small and the cord wraps around it into a tidy little parcel to tuck away.

Took delivery of my Hunter Hand Vac yesterday. Am 70 years old, so I decided to try it out on my stairs.Brilliant,a cracking little machine.Didnt bother my back one little bit.Some other well known products willcertainly not come near to this little sucker.Well pleased.
