Great Little Monitor (2008-07-01)

Bought this for our new baby and am really impressed. Compact, clear, easy to use has a light and plays melodies. Cheaper than everywhere else. What more can you ask for?

Brilliant - exceeded my expectations (2008-06-30)

Have just bought this for our 10 month old and I think it's fab - the lullabies are lovely and having the ability to play them, turn the light on or talk back to baby via the parent unit is so useful. The lights on the top are great for catching your eye and it's really good to know the temperature both in the nursery and on parent unit. I have taken the parent unit out into the garden and it works really well there too. I considered lots of different monitors before buying this one and am really pleased with my choice!

Poor temperature monitoring (2008-06-21)

I have recently purchased this baby monitor and thus far cannot fault it for sound monitoring. However, do not rely on the temperature monitoring function as it is somewhat inaccurate on my unit at over 3 degrees out (hotter) compared to a calibrated thermoreader device accurate to 0.1 centigrade.Within the User guide BT state "the temperature sensor is intended as a guide only, to provide parents with an indication of the room temperature...." In my opinion it is less of an indication and more of a guestimate.

Great purchase (2008-05-28)

I am writing this simply because it was the other reviews on monitors that pointed me towards this BT Monitor 150 model. It is in fact a great monitor and does everything it says and there is no silly 'noise'; in summary it does what it says on the tin and I feel is quite well priced.Plus, the 'walky talky' functionality from the remote unit to the base unit has helped many a laugh between myself and hubbie, which can't be a bad thing let's face it...

Buy it! (2008-05-09)

Got a lot of advice from friends and family during my wife's pregnancy, thankfully one friend reccommended this.I might have bought a lot of other junk for our little man but this is excellent. No other word for it, good price, very good monitor, hope your little one brings as much joy as ours.
