Don't listen to these idiots (2008-09-15)

Look, it's all very good and well having a laugh at the expense of wooden spoons but to me it's no laughing matter.Wooden spoons are essential for stirring cooking food because the wood does not convect heat in the same way metal does. That's it. It does the job. It's brilliant. 14" of wooden majestiness.London idiots don't know what they're talking about when it comes to spoons. Trust me - I know my stuff. Spend your money on this and you won't (REPEAT WON'T) be disappointed. Buy it today.

Worst spoon I've ever owned (2008-04-23)

And I've owned a LOT I can tell you. I bought this because I needed something to stir stuff with, and it had to be wooden. After spending hours researching wooden spoons online and 2 afternoons walking around London comparing prices, I finally went for this rubbish, and I was disappointed! You can't really tell its woodeness from the feel of it, and when it comes to stirring stuff, you're better off with something else. One of my friends commented about how I shouldnt buy wooden spoons because of the environment, trees and that. I told them I agreed.

I told them to shut up, and lectured them for 45 minutes on the evils of open cast mining if Africa, the appalling working conditions of tin mines in Bolivia, and how did he think metal spoon factories were powered?? God he's a idiot.
