Difficult to position (2008-08-20)

I bought this device in an attempt to keep cats off my garden. My garden is the sole toilet of a neighbourhood cat.The device works fine when pointing at a static object, like a wall. Moving something in front of it turns the water spray on for a few seconds. But when pointed at my plants (which is where the cat goes), whenever the wind blows, the plants move, and the device comes on. It's fiddly to adjust so that it won't react to wind-blown plants, but will react to a cat. At least my gardens always wet though. Oh, and remember not to walk in front of it.But I'm still playing with it and for a tenner it's worth it for at least giving me hope that I can stop the cat from using my garden (but if somebody comes up with one that fires poison darts, instead of water, I'll be interested)
