Zapper unnecessary - game very short (2008-05-17)

As others have said, the zapper is a marmite accessory, you'll either love it or hate it - I find it unneccessary and just stick to the wiimote. The game itself is very short - you csn get through the 27 missions at at least bronze level in about an hour, but there is some re-playability in that you can always go back to increase your best scores and try and gain those elusive gold medals.Worth getting if you can get it cheap but don't pay more than fifteen quid for it.

Good Game, Shame About The Controller (2008-04-08)

Firstly this review is focusing on the HARDWARE that you're buying. I'm classing the actualy game as a little bonus (and it's very good).Don't get me wrong, this is a well made Peripherial and works well for the game included. However, I found the housing to be uncomfortable to hold, unwieldy to use and a little small for my hands.Switching to House Of The dead and it's clear that this peripheral is ill suited to anything other than the initial game. it's just not "right" for the traditional light gun game.There are better, cheaper alternatives out there (like the pistol one made by Venom) which work far better for the classic arcade lightgun game.A below average hardware release for Nintendo (a rare miss). Avoid.

Must Buy (2008-02-24)

The WII Zapper is almost always perfect and responsive for me, some people have found it unresponsive but in my case I have not, just like the remotes themselves.The zapper is just a piece of plastic but it does set up the WII remote's perfectly to make shoot-em-up games much better and much more fun.BUT just buy it for the game; it is lots of fun and a great party game.

wii zapper is ace (2008-02-13)

Bought Wii zapper with Links crossbow training at Malaga airport on return from holiday..thought the price was right at 30 euros ..complete with a game.Did not expect much at this price...but what a surprise...The zapper is top quality as one would expect from Nintendo,and the game,Links Crossbow Training is superb.A shoot em up to rival any I have played,and such fun.A must-have for the Nintendo collection...you will not be dissapointed.

unresponsive crap!!!!!!! (2008-02-04)

i bought this game with high expectations and after 30 seconds i was so pissed off at how bad it was it was unresponsive,uncomfortable and generally a poor game.
